What is the return policy?

We you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Shipping cost for returns will not included nor will any additional customs duties or levies paid for international orders. Products that are not returned fully sealed in their new condition will incur a 15% restocking fee. Missing components may incur additional restocking fees. Please note that all funds returned are made in the original US dollar amount that you paid. We unfortunately cannot account for any local currency fluctuations. 

Returning funds may take 4-6 weeks to complete. We can only send funds to the original card on which Lockitron was purchased. If your card has been re-issued since you placed your order, your card issuer will typically still send the funds to you. Contact your authorizing bank for more details as our credit card processor can only supply a tracking number after funds are returned complete.

Please contact support@lockitron.com before returning your product as a return number must first be issued and legibly written on multiple sides of the returned box.
