How do I modify my order?

Email us at  support@lockitron.com and we’ll be happy to help you modify your order. 

Returning funds for modified orders may take 4-6 weeks to complete. We can only send funds to the original card on which Lockitron was purchased. If your card has been re-issued since you place the order, your card issuer will typically still send the funds to you. Contact your authorizing bank for more details as our credit card processor can only supply a tracking number after funds are returned complete.
