How do I reset Bridge?

If you're having trouble connecting Bridge to your WiFi network, you might need to reset it. To do this:

  1. Load the iOS or Android mobile app
  2. Head to the Support page in the dashboard (iOS) or tray (Android)
  3. Unplug Bridge from the wall; plug it in again
  4. Locate and tap on Clear WiFi Settings
  5. After opting to continue, place your phone so that it covers the BlinkUp Sensor indicated on the Bridge
  6. Once completed you should see the LED blink orange
  7. If the LED doesn't blink orange, repeat in a darkened location and try force quitting and restarting your app
